Japanese Temple Retreat

A deeply spiritual and aesthetically perfect journey through the hidden temples of Kyoto. We secured private access to sites usually closed to the public, where guests participated in tea ceremonies led by grandmasters and meditation sessions with head monks.

Accommodation was in a meticulously restored 200-year-old ryokan, where every meal was a work of kaiseki art. The trip focused on the Japanese concept of 'Ma'—the space between things—teaching our clients that luxury can be found in simplicity and mindful presence.
